Terms of Service
Last updated: 04 September 2026
These terms govern your use of MediCopilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant for physicians.
1. Eligibility
MediCopilot is offered only to qualified, licensed physicians. By creating an account you confirm that you are entitled to practise medicine and to process the patient information you enter.
2. The service
MediCopilot records consultations, transcribes Arabic speech, translates into Medical English, and helps you build structured clinical documentation together with clearly-labelled decision support. It is a tool that supports the physician; it does not practise medicine and does not replace clinical judgement. See the Medical Disclaimer.
3. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is required to start.
- After the trial the subscription is $10 USD per month. Because the payment provider used for merchants in Palestine issues single payments rather than merchant-initiated recurring charges, MediCopilot uses secure monthly renewal: you pay for each month and your access period is extended.
- Access continues while a submitted payment is being verified, so clinical work is not interrupted by bank processing times.
- If a period lapses without payment, creating new encounters and generating AI output is paused. Your existing records remain in your account.
- You can stop using the service at any time; monthly payments already made are not refundable.
4. Payments
Payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure page. MediCopilot never receives or stores card data and only records the payment reference issued by the bank.
5. Your data and your responsibilities
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording a consultation.
- You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every clinical field before relying on it.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share your account.
- You must not use the service to process data you are not entitled to process.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another physician's data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law or professional obligations.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Maintenance, third-party outages or connectivity problems may interrupt availability. Keep alternative documentation arrangements for clinical continuity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediCopilot is not liable for clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments or outcomes. All clinical responsibility rests with the treating physician. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using MediCopilot at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way that endangers patient data.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
