Does MediCopilot replace clinical judgement?+
No. MediCopilot is a documentation and decision-support tool. Every AI output is labelled as requiring physician review, and nothing is finalised until you approve it. All clinical decisions remain entirely yours.
Can the AI invent symptoms, findings or results?+
No. The documentation stage is bound by a strict rule: only information actually spoken in the consultation is recorded. Anything that was not stated is written as "Not documented." Medical knowledge is only used later, in the clearly-labelled recommendation sections.
What happens to the original recording and transcript?+
Nothing is destroyed. The original audio, the raw Arabic transcript, your edited transcript, the original AI translation and your approved translation are all stored separately and remain available in the encounter.
Can another physician see my patients?+
No. Every patient, encounter, recording and clinical note belongs to the physician who created it. Ownership is enforced on the server for every single request, not just hidden in the interface.
Which languages are supported?+
Consultations are recorded and transcribed in Arabic, and the clinical documentation is produced in Medical English. Both versions stay on the encounter record.
